Studio Environment: Lash Karma is a quiet studio experience designed for rest and focused work. Most clients relax with eyes closed during their appointment while services are performed with care and precision. Phones are silenced and conversations are kept minimal so the space remains calm for everyone. Appointment Policy: Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Lash Karma requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time to allow the full experience of your appointment. Late arrivals may require a shortened service or rescheduling depending on availability. Lash Fill Policy: Lash fills are reserved for existing Lash Karma clients maintaining their lashes within the recommended timeframe. Appointments booked outside this window may require a full set or corrective fill. Refund Policy: All services are final sale. If you experience any concerns with your service, please reach out within 3 days so adjustments can be made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Lash Karma requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
