Cancellation Policy
Your time and our time is valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% booking fee to cover the blocked time for all services booked. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If your card declines when charged, you will no longer be able to book at Lash Karma.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not receive your full service. Alternatively, your appointment may be subject to be rescheduled.
All sales are final. No refunds on services, gift cards or products. Complimentary service fixes are offered within 3 days of your service.
