Cancellation Policy
Your time and my time is valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 30% booking fee to cover the reserved time for all services booked. This fee is non-refundable, but is transferable within 3 days. Beyond then, it is non-transferable. If your card declines when charged, you will no longer be able to book at Lash Karma.
No children or extra guests. Dress comfortably for your service(s). No shoes on the ritual bed.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not receive your full service. Alternatively, your appointment may be subject to be rescheduled.
All sales are final. No refunds on services, gift cards or products. Complimentary fixes are offered within 3 days of your service.
